Refunds

Exchanges & Refunds 

All sales are final. We do not do exchanges or refunds, due to sanitary purposes. 

We can’t be held liable for packages that get lost, damaged or sent to the wrong address. Please ensure to fill in the correct information when placing an order. Once the packages get dropped at the post office we have no control over what happens.
 
Returned items

Refunds will not be issued if an item is returned back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address but we will re-ship the item to you once it arrives back to ASparkleOfBella.

Lost packages 

ASparkleOfBella is not responsible for any lost packages. Contact Mondial Relay/Bpost if the package is marked delivered and you haven’t received it. We can’t be held liable for that and refunds will not be issued.

 

Shipping

Processing time

Our order processing times are 2-4 days. This is the time we need to make your order so shipping time must be added unto this. All orders get shipped out either on Monday or Wednesday.

Domestic shipping 

Packages take 1-2 business days to get delivered.

Europe shipping

Packages take 3-7 business days to get delivered.

International shipping

Packages take 10-21 business days to get delivered.

 

Wrong address

If you notice you filled in a wrong address or made a mistake, please be as quick as possible to message us on ASparkleOfBella@gmail.com. If your package hasn’t been shipped yet we will change the address, however if your order has already been shipped you must pay a fee to get your order resent to you.

 

Package returned to sender

In case your package has been sent back to us for whatever reason you will have to pay a resend fee for us to make & buy a new shipping label. We will send you an e-mail with the invoice. In case you change your mind and don’t want your package to be resent to you we will charge a fee of €2,50 for the packaging supplies we used.
